I have an athlon x4 880k, but I don't have the 4 physical cores it should have, rather 2 physical and 4 logical cores. What should I do?

That is normal for Windows to show 2 "Physical" Core with 4 "Logical' cores for your processor. 

Found this previous AMD Thread asking the same question as you have and another User's reply: 2 cores instead of 4
