I have a high CPU Voltage on my Ryzen 5 3500

Currently I have been having problems with my PC suddenly shutting down when I am playing any video game. I went into the event log and I got a Kernel-power error ID: 41. Investigating, the ID refers to a problem in the "power supply". After testing my PC, I discarded my power supply and HDD. But I noticed that my CPU at idle has a constant Voltage of 1.5V. I have not overclocked my CPU. Any solution or possible problem to this high power usage of my CPU?

What motherboard and BIOS version do you have? List your full system specs.

1.5V is high for most Ryzen chips especially at low utilization, however to make sure you are getting a correct reading I would download Ryzen Master and see what voltage it reports.
