I got my threadripper 1950x processor from Amazon US . I think it was DOA.

I got my threadripper 1950x processor from Amazon US, to be assembled in India with Gigabyte X399 Aorus 7. The motherboard CPU Lead stayed lit , we thought the MB is dead so got MSI X399 but same problem on that motherboard too. Which made us think my Ryzen Threadripper 1950x is DOA. What are my next steps

Not sure how international warranty applies here.

First 30 days are covered by the seller, in this case Amazon.
