Is there any way to check if that 3D cache is working on 9800X3D or am I supposed to just believe it and forget it. I have installed chipset driver and I see 3D V-Cache Performance Optimizer Service. But that's about it.

What are you looking for as "proof" that it's there?

Utilities such as CPU-Z will show the amount of cache on the chip.

Running a benchmark and comparing results can tell you it's working.
