So, I have an amd 5600G processor, the processor stopped working and now I have no display. I've verified that its the processor that's faulty.
I raised a warranty claim ticket on Friday (13- Oct -2023) and its Monday (16-Oct-2023) now, I haven't received any sort of response or update regarding the warranty claim.
It's been three days already and still the claim status is "Under review" and there is no RMA number generated. There is so much confusion and distress related to this. I tried sending out a mail to customer support but still haven't heard back from them. I tried to call customer support number provided on website but both of them aren't working. I tried reaching out to local service center, but they said that they don't do processors and hung up on me.
I am in lot of trouble due to my faulty processor already and this warranty claiming process is another level of stress. Can someone please clear things out for me.
1. How long does it take for RMA number to generate.
2. How long does it take for customer support to reach out to you.
and most important of all, till when can I expect to hear back from the amd so that I can ship my faulty processor and resolution.
