Ryzen 7 5800x clocks down under high load

So hello people. I tried many things to fix my problem but I don't know what to do more. My CPU is clocking down under HIGH LOAD and I have bad FPS when it happens anyone can fix this? I'm hoping for an answer. Btw when its reaching (84 °C) it Clocks down my speed to 0.17ghz..

You can try to manually clock your CPU from your bios. for example i have my 7900X clocked at 5.1ghz and 1.065 volts. Get familiar with undervolting and find your best settings. or just pick one from internet. I guess this will solve your problem.
