High values in Ryzen Master

So I just built my first gaming PC about a week and a half ago, and I'm doing as much research as I can to prolong the life of these parts and get the most out of them simultaneously. When it comes to even basic knowledge, I really don't have a clue.

Currently I'm running a Ryzen 7 3700x CPU with a B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard, Zotac RTX 2080 super amp. I've done a bit of testing and gaming; in Modern Warfare at max settings for example, my EDC value goes to 90%+ and the CPU temp seems okay, but I've read that this may not be an issue as I haven't overclocked anything. The PPT value also goes quite high. (screenshot of idle values, stress test values, and in-game values attached)

I guess I just want to know if this is normal, and if gaming on these values is okay in the long run. My power plan is set to Ryzen Balanced Active, and I've set the minimum processor state to 5%. The PBO feature in BIOS is also set to auto.

Anyone have any insight? Many thanks in advance.
