I'm getting between 47-55C at idle and 78C in the Time Spy CPU test. Is it normal or is it too high?
I use the stock cooler and my mobo is the x570 Tuf gaming plus.
I use the balanced Ryzen power plan.y

When I was building m pc I removed the cooler twice because it wasn't in place. Did it mess with the thermal paste?

So the idle temps are normal?

I just fixed it. In task manager I found an app that uses 15% of my cpu. For anyone having high idle temps, look for 'Lightning Service' in your task manager. When I stopped it my temps went down to 33C.

Judging by a lot of the screenshots shown, a lot of people have some background task keeping their CPU active at the time of screenshot.
