So before, I was using windows balanced plan on my Ryzen 7 3700x which I can say gets me Cpu voltage average of 1.2v-1.3v and normal boost clocks. I had to reinstall windows because when I built the system I just plugged my old ssd boot drive not knowing that I would encounter some issues. AFTER I reinstalled windows 10 and the necessary drivers, the windows balanced doesnt seem to change my voltages. Anyway I can fix this? I am a complete noob when it comes to setting up a PC and I just built this PC last July. Note: Im a complete noob on setting up my PC.
What I already tried:
- Set CPU voltage on BIOS to Normal instead of Auto
- Cleared CMOS
- Updated Drivers
