Help! I overclocked the AMD Ryzen 5 5600x ! How do I restore to factory settings?

So I recently wanted to try overclocking and it was going well but then I noticed the CPU was always running at 4.2-4.5Ghz every time being idle. I used the Ryzen master application and just want to revert to factory settings.

I took out my cmos battery to reset bios but it still is running high. Please help me

Went to BIOS and looked at the default settings of some youtube video for the TUF Gaming B550M-Plus motherboard and the main settings I changed was the CPU Core Ratio and VDDCR CPU Voltage to manual to its factory setting.

Hope this helps someone go back to normal idle temps and reset the overclock.
