FT5 pollock, How will STAPM affect Notebook S0 battery life

I want to use 4.8W pollock CPU for Chromebook design, I see STAPM_BOOS is default enabled, and STAPM_TIME_CONSTANT is 2500sec(about 40min), I worry about it will affect S0 battery life.
