Event 41 Kernel Power

Hello, I've built this PC on December and I since then I've been getting random restarts either when system is idle, watching YouTube, or playing games. I don't think it's load/temperatures related, I've already run prime95 and furmark during 20 minutes and it didn't restart. I've run out of ideas of what may be the problem...

Event Viewer Error 41 is normal when a computer powers down without being properly shut down through Windows.

In another words, if you don't shut down the computer using Windows Shut down or Restart feature and hit the power off button or the computer shuts down by itself then you will get that error.

Should I downgrade my bios version to one before 3abba ?

I can't answer that question. I am not very familiar with the RX 5700 GPU cards.

I do know many Users are complaining about that particular GPU card here at AMD Forum.

Maybe one of them will help you further.

use the latest BIOS
