My computer is restarting and showing cpumetricsserver.exe error, I have tried to update the chipset drivers, reinstall the operating system, but the problem remains. Can someone help me?

This is part of AMD Overlay which can be disabled in Preferences but it will also disable other features that depend on Overlay being enabled: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-026

Please can you provide more information about your system and the issue.
What error are you getting? Is it a BSOD?

Ryzen 5 3400g with rx 580, a320 msi motherboard
The error is seen in Windows Event Viewer and no PC repair software. In bsod does not appear the reason
