Hi,
We observe EPYC 9004 series CPU with PCIe to USB card has USB mouse move lag issue, please see below configuration.
2 socket platform (must)
Install a PCIe to USB card on PCIe slot (RENESA μPD720202 for example ), connect a USB hub on PCIe to USB card and connect a mouse on hub, can observe USB mouse move lag under Windows/Linus OS.
Disable DF-cstate will not have this issue.
Please help to analyze it.
