AWS EC2 c5a (CPU EPYC 7002 or 7R32) testing by PassMark PerformanceTest (version 8.0 or 10) (windows server 2016 or 2019).  Run all test. Testing result flapping. if disable SMT, testing result stable. Why this happen? anything could do for tuning it.

Intel CPU testing result is stable.
