dual socket epyc rome cpu not multithreading in windows 11
I just got a computer with dual socket 2x AMD EPYC Rome 7552 96 cores. In Windows 11 the system sees that I should have 192 threads. But when I run a FORTRAN program Through Visual Studio, the Task Manager sees only 96 cpus, not 192. Furthermore it is running at about the same speed as my other computer with 16 cores and 32 threads.
Do you know if this is an issue with Windows 11 and dual socket AMD CPUs?
