Hello guys! I think I have a problem with my cpu......
My cpu speed is dropping its speed from 3.45ghz to 3.00 or 3.20ghz when the high performance power plan is selected in windows control panel.....
This is my PC:
Ryzen 5 1600AF
Corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x16GB 3200mhz
Asrock b450 Steel Legend
Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070 OC
Be Quiet 650W 80+ Bronze
Arctic Freezer eSports DUO
The temps of the CPU are good in idle it is 30 degrees and when gaming its 55-60

Also I have all the latest drivers, bios and chipset

Looks like in that power plan you may have set a minimum CPU state, in that case, the frequency will drop if its not needed, this is normal behaviour.

v_uzunov, if you are interested in running fast, try the Ultimate power plan. Please run Cinebench and post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM). Thanks and enjoy, John.
