CPU diode stays lit white no matter what.

My setup:
MSI B550 A PRO (used)
Ryzen 5 5600 Tray (new)
MSI GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM 8GB GDDR6 (used)
2x Patriot 3200MHz CL16 Viper Steel (used)
Fortis 3 (used)
be quiet! Pure Power 11 600W 80 Plus Gold (used)
Lexar NM790 2TB M.2 2280 PCI-E x4 Gen4 NVMe (LNM790X002T-RNNNG) (new)
Zalman S2 TG (new)

I recently bought these parts and tried to assemble the computer. After putting everything in I tried to boot it, but the CPU diode on the motherboard lit up white and stays this way no matter what I did and when i connect the PC to a monitor its black and nothing is shown on the screen. What i tried to do to fix it:

Flashed the Bios with an external hard drive on USB 3.0 and pendrive on 2.0 using the latest available download on the site
Tried to put the RAM in different slots
Took out the CMOS battery and waited for 10 minuntes
Resetting the CMOS with jumper pins with a screwdriver
Booted it with only CPU and RAM inside

None of these things worked. Unfortunately I don't have another motherboard or CPU to check if one of them is broken. Is there anything else I can try to do to fix it?

Please read the manual page 50 for Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button

https://download-2.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/B550-APRO_EN.pdf

If you follow the directions do you observe the flashing LED during BIOS load?

If not, as the motherboard is used, may be non-functional.

Ryzen R7 5700X | B550 Gaming X | 2x16GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 7900XT
Ryzen R7 5700G | B550 Gaming X | 2x8GB G.Skill 4000 | Radeon Vega 8 IGP
Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT

When I plug in the pendrive and press the flash bios button there's a red light flashing for about 5 minutes and then it stops.

Assuming you downloaded and are installing version 7C56vA9 or later

And USB drive is formatted FAT32

And file is renamed MSI.ROM

Then BIOS on board is flashed to support Ryzen 5 5600

A minimal install (mobo, cpu, 1 stick of memory) should get you to BIOS screen

If that still does not work, one of the 3 is faulty
