CPU warranty claim

I've filled out a warranty claim form for a faulty ryzen 7 2700 CPU and haven't received any follow up calls or emails regarding it. I bought the Processor off amazon, in India, and the customer support number given in the AMD website, doesn't even exist.

try to speak with amazon - if its like in Europe than amazon is your go-to partner
or go to amd.com and check warranty status for India there
