hello everyone my cpu utilization is not going above 99% when running cinebench. I even tried to switch to high performance with same 99% utilization problem this is causing a low cinebench score. please help also cpu is overclocked to 3.9ghz and 1.35 volts. also what I just found which is weird is when I play battlefield 1 my cpu utilization hits 100% all the time on all 4 cores. my cpu is a ryzen 3 1200 overclocked to 3.9 ghz @ 1.35 volts, 16gb of ddr4 3000 MHz. msi gtx 1060 6gb gaming x video card.
