I don't know why but heres a quick run down.
basically i play a game like SCP:SL or any game tbh. Whilst playing, my CPU usage sometimes goes down to 36-48% usage on the game and it starts lagging.
Also sometimes Powershell opens and uses up 1.0-4gb of ram.
I don't know what causes it to open and eat up my resources like that.
CPU: AMD FX 6300 Six Core
GPU: Radeon RX 570 8GB
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M/USB3
Power Supply: Be quiet 550W Bronze 80+
Ram: 8GB
2 SSDs: 1TB and 128GB
Cooling System: (Cooler Master) Master Liquid Lite 120 (cpu cooling)
Cooling System for GPU: IDK
