Hello,

I can't enable resizable bar on my PC (Ryzen 5 5600/ Gigabyte B450 S2H (rev 1.x)/RTX 3070 MSI Gaming Z Trio/ 32Gb RAM 3600Mhz). Windows 21H2 is in GPT Mode. The latest bios version is installed - F65C from 12\25\2023. In BIOS enabled function Above 4G Decoding is Enabled, Re-Size BAR Support - set is auto, CSM Support to disabled, but in Windows function Above 4G Decoding is disabled, as well Resizible Bar. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Have you updated the BIOS on your RTX 3070?

I wanted to update the VBIOS, but there are no new versions on the official MSI website.

You may want to contact MSI support to check whether your card's existing BIOS supports Resizable BAR or if they have a newer version for download.

Looks like the bios settings didn't take, was there a windows popup about 'changes, restart pc'?

Yes, there was a window, I applied the settings and rebooted. 
As previously written, the parameters are active in the bios, but not in Windows.
