I am up grading my ga-ax370 gaming K7  gigabyte board from a 7 1800X to a 7 5700G, there are 18 Bios updates for this particular board, my processor being on the first one F2, in the past I have updated to F23.  My chip-set has been updated at AMD yesterday.  I still have to run EC FW update Tool.

What I need to know is what procedure of up[p0 dating of Bios do I follow to get to F51H. do I do all of the intervening bios updates or can I only do a select few that are required?
