Hi there, I'm a techician in a computer shop. We have an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with a motherboard ASUS Tuf X570-Plus.. When I plug the power supply with the 8 pins, and the Power swith connector, the sound processor on a motherboard comes very hot.... (I do not try to start the computer). We send the original board on warranty and I receice a replacement... I have the same problem...
I try the same procedure, and the sound processor comes hot again... I remove the CPU... and the sound processor seem to be correct on temperature...
My question: Why when I install the CPU, the sound processor comes very hot... and the computer not start...
Thanks for your time
