CPU problem

I just upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 1500X to a Ryzen 7 5700. I updated my motherboard’s BIOS (Maxsun MS-Challenger B450M) to the latest version, but every time I start my PC, nothing appears on the screen. I’ve already tried several solutions, such as clearing the CMOS and removing a RAM stick. However, when I put my old CPU back in, the PC starts up normally. Can anyone help me? I don’t know what else to do.

BIOS version B2.4G (with AGESA 1.2.0.B) should support the Ryzen 7 5700

However this is the most minimal looking AM4 motherboard I've ever seen

3+2 phase power

no heatsinks

4pin CPU power
