HELLO, I would like to know what features the CPU has available.
AMD FX
FD8350FRW8KHK - FA1322PGS - 9S79732G30738
This CPU is not installed so I cannot view its characteristics.

First of all it is necessary that I specify that I am completely ignorant on the subject so I can do or think completely wrong things, so I hope in the understanding of those who kindly help me.

This cooling complex is installed on top of the AMD fx-8350. The fan has the word AMD facing upwards but looking at the arrows that are present on it it seems that they indicate the direction of rotation (counterclockwise) and the flow of air towards the cooling fins. The installation of the fan as in the figure is correct or it is the other way around. Thank you

It can be installed either way since it's  symmetrical.

Don't forget to do some thermal paste.
