Chipset Driver doesn't seem to install properly

I upgraded my CPU yesterday and seem to have an issue installing an updated chipset driver as it's affecting my SATA SSD. (Windows hasn't been able to detect my SSD despite it still functioning on a different system and shows up in BIOS).

When I install the latest driver and click restart after the installation has completed, the display goes to sleep whilst the PC stays on and nothing happens. I have to forcefully shut the PC down.

The same happened when I tried an older driver, this time it didn't show me the completion screen and just automatically when into the restart screen but again, the display goes off, PC stays on and nothing happens until I force shut ut down.

So my overall assumption is that I'm having some trouble properly installing the chipset driver which is affecting my SSD on the system. Would appreciate any help if possible!

Did you update bios before swapping in new cpu, F62 is listed as supporting the 5700X.

Any other storage drives installed, and is sata ssd in correct port.

Are you using the stand-alone AMD chipset drivers installer (hope you did not attempt to uninstall/install from device manager).
