Ryzen 7 7700 PCB

The other day I bought an official shop product so I have the invoice and warranty but looking at the processor it doesn't look like the other processors in the pictures on the net.I started reading on the net and on reddit there were several threads like this one, some people said it must be fake but others said that in theory they removed the small capacitors or something on the missing parts. Did they really change the manufacturing technology?Because this could be a newer processor because it didn't look like that in the official pictures but I couldn't find any article about the modification anywhere but on reddit forums some people wrote about it.

Have there really been any changes in the production?

In the meantime I received this reply from AMD based on photos and description

" Based on your inquiry, I understand that you bought an AMD Ryzen 7700 processor, but it looks different from the ones shown in tests and pictures online.

I would like to inform you that this is a new design CPU.

In the new design the capacitors are not present in the upper half portion of the substrate outside the IHS.

As per our record shows that AMD Ryzen 7 7700 with serial number # 9AKB077X40467 is OEM/tray unit and it is sold by AMD as an OEM/System integrator product, which are sold with the express purpose to be integrated and sold as complete system only. "
