Buying a 5950x from stockx

I am looking to buy a  5950x but since I can't get any for retail I need to pay the scalpers. I was wondering if I were to buy the processor from stockx would I get Ryzen's warranty in case the product is faulty?

As long as the processor wasn't purchased by someone else and that person is auctioning the processor.

To qualify for AMD Warranty you will need an Official Retail Receipt showing that you are the Original purchaser with the date it was purchased and you received an official AMD sealed Retail box.

If you are buying a Preowned processor than you won't qualify for AMD Warranty since you aren't the original purchasers and AMD Warranty Non-transferable.
