dude - what is your problem
1. CPU error // your CPU is not working
2. CPU Cooler not RGB
1. do a CMOS reset
2. is Cooler plugged into RGB-Header of MoBo?; correct cables used? correct headers used?

is the fan actually spinning?
what are the temps in BIOS?
maybe the Cooler is defect - you will get a Wraith Prism for 10-15€ on eBay - so dont hassle with RMA on a dead cooler
but you can try to plug your CPU Cooler on a different CPU FAN header

The cpu cooler is plugged into CPU_FAN And i no longer get the promt screen saying "CPU FAN ERROR" anymore. I realised i plugged it into the wrong header and its working i pressume. Only issue im having is that the aura creator tool is not registering it which is a common bug more people complain. And i dont know a work around.
