AMD FX +3 processor with ftpm

Have a FX-8350 processor on a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P motherboard. Neither appear to have ftpm required for Windows 11. Is there a processor that has it and fits the AMD+3 socket. No socket on mb for TPM2 add on.

You need a processor from at least 2018, so new mobo also. MS has a list of compatible  processors for Win.11.

There are workarounds, can be found on the web. Ymmv on usability.

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

Just seeing if there was anyway to salvage it. Worked fine with Windows 10 64 bit. Bought a used MSI motherboard with a 3700 cpu and 32 gig of memory. Took 25 hours straight to get it setup and load Windows 11 on it. Just hate wasting a functional board, cpu and memory..

I have several older machines on my LAN that aren't 'compatible' with the Windows 11 requirements.  I say you should stick with Windows 10 and I bet they will keep supporting it for several more years.  There is nothing special from what I see with Windows 11.  They continue to move things around to make it difficult to set your preferences up the way you like it, but it still seems to function the same as Windows 10.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

Already up graded with a used MSI mb, cpu and memory. Suppose to support Windows 10 until 2025. All together spent $481.00 with taxes and shipping through eBay.
