AMD e2 9000e Radeon R2 4 compute cores 2c + 2g 1.50 ghz

if it is possible i would like to change my amd processor which is AMD e2 9000e Radeon R2 4 compute cores 2c + 2g 1.50 ghz, everything works well but the processor it low to work with big software

Your AMD Processor is soldered into your Laptop's motherboard. That is what Socket BGA indicates. Therefore you, personally, won't be able to upgrade the processor. You would need special soldering equipment to remove and install a compatible processor.

Plus if you are able to find a company that will install a new Processor, you won't know if it will work with the Laptop's current BIOS or motherboard inside your laptop.

Your best bet is to open a Support ticket with the manufacturer of your laptop and see if it can be upgraded and what processors will be compatible and how much it would cost to upgrade the CPU.
