I second this issue on Windows 10 Enterprise 24.10.1 with 7900xtx - i tried it with multiple games, and this persists.
After setting following in global settings, and ensuring same is enabled for the game profile
Driver reverts custom colors to defaults while in focus game, while settings stay the same... when i exit the game or alt-tab, press start to open startmenu, it enables custom colors back...
