My processor is reaching 95c during gaming, because of that the cpu cooler and case fans do become loud, that I would like to avoid.
Idle temperatures: 28 ccd1 40ccd2
I'am using seemingly good case with sufficient airflow. Have 5 intake, 4 exaust fans. CPU cooler is AIO Artic Liquid Freezer III 360 rev2. Remounted the cooler like 5 times, used different amount of paste and different application of X or DOT in center. Paste is MX6. Pump and fans running at 100% when 75C is reached.
I have already scheduled to send the AIO for inspection, however for testing I have also purchased Peerless Assassin 140, but the temperatures are the same, when gaming the temperatures reach 95c.
I attempted to play with BIOS settings.
Curve optimizer per core -20 offset
VCore dynamic offset -0.0125
Stock settings
Tried power limits: disabled
Eco mode 95w
Most played game PUBG
Resolution: 1920x1080
Framerate: up to 280fps
High temperatures are also observed during stress test or when downloading something from steam.

There is something going on, I have my 5950x cpu juiced and I don't approach the temps with a air cooler you are getting, yours shoots right up to 95c. One thing I have noticed is your EDC is at 230, mine is just shy of 160, where I have it set in power limits. I have my limits at PPT 230 TDC 210 EDC 160. I use curve optimiser and each core is tuned, Scaler x1, no vcore cpu voltage offset.
