I want to reinstal Windows XP to x64 on my old PC and i can't find a driver for CPU. Can someone help?

The only time a CPU needs a driver if it has Integrated Graphics.

The Athlon II x64 has no Integrated Graphics so there are no drivers for the CPU.

Your biggest issue will be finding drivers for the obsolete Operating System XP x64 for your hardware and Motherboard.
