Hi all, NEED HELP

I have built a new PC with AMD 5600x. I am attaching a video. 
My PC works all fine.
And suddenly it freezes. cannot say when exactly. 
it doesnt freeze completely as you can see in the video. I have never seen this issue. there is no info on google about this. 
(If i play a game it wil not freeze at all)
Calculator is the only application which will work.
system will not logoff or shut down at this state. Only hard reboot is the option. 
This can happen so randomly even while typing this. 

Need help to understand what is the issue, Processor? graphic card? or Power?
I want to rule out graphic card and PSU because while gaming there will never be a issue.

5600x
B550 wifi edge gaming MOBO
Gtx 970

Am unable to see the video? Did you update the motherboards BIOS? On the box does it say ''Ryzen 3000 series ready'' or ''Ryzen 5000 series ready?''

The video i uploaded is showing as awaiting approval. 
Motherboard bios is updated yes. 
On the box it said Ryzen 5000 series ready.

Mine freezes from idle or web browsing and never from games. I can move application windows but no application never closes. If I disconnect USB while this is going it never comes back before reboot. Same for monitors.

No indication in Windows event viewer what cause the freeze after reboot.
