after a heavy load, one core is maxed out 7950x

pc specs:
ryzen 9 7950x
msi b650 tomahawk wifi
4070ti
ADATA XPG Lancer 64 gb

AIO DEEPCOOL LT520 WH

latest ryzen master
latest windows 11
new bios, drivers updated, CPU is in 105 eco mode, curve -10
high performance power plan, minimum processor state 5%
no viruses, processor is in idle

noticed it after playing valorant, is it normal? 
writing about it here because it's not the first time.
Tried to replicate this case but no luck, happens randomly

Thanks, huzhebitnemozhet. Looks like Chrome is the culprit. Ryzen is really good about doing work assigned to it by the OS. Try killing Chrome. Enjoy, John.

now everything looks fine, it happens from time to time

Windows is new, just in case I used an antivirus and it didn’t find anything

The problem was that after quitting the game its process still remained in the system, after closing it all comes back to normal, thanks
