I talked with INCEHESAP.COM about of my processor they didn't send to my processor warranty (Ryzen 7 3800X) and I talked with they, they said to me "Talk with AMD Turkey Support about of The Warranty" they sent to me processor serial number its : 850834 , please help me about how can I learn to "remaining warranty period" sorry because My English is so bad.

AMD Warranty is International.

If you purchased a legitimate Retail AMD Processor in a box. You have a 3 year Warranty on it from AMD from date of purchase. AMD Warranty takes affect once the Warranty from the Retailer expires first.

You must have purchased an official Retail AMD Processor inside a AMD Retail box to be illegible.

The AMD Processor has all the information you need to fill out the form printed on the metal casing of the processor as shown below from AMD Warranty:

One fact I forgot to mention, if the processor is a OEM/TRAY type processor it has no AMD Warranty. The distributor/Reseller is the one the supplies any Warranty on OEM Processors.
