Posting this for others with the same issue.
Yeah, it seems like it, when posting this one up I also emailed them for good measure (at the email they give you in the confirmation one, "https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form ") and they said that they send them at the end of the day and to check with them again tomorrow to see if they shipped it and have the tracking.
So in short, wait a day after the confirmation email and then ask support for tracking.
