Information is still scarce but judging by small time youtube reviewers, not the big known ones, the new sweet spot is around 6400-6800.

Still too soon to know but looks like it can handle even higher speeds but then you won't be able to use 1:1 fclk

There are some 9800X3D users around, maybe they can say something about their setup.

Been  running one for a week. (replaced one of my 7800x3d builds)

I just stuck with the cl28 gskill kit ive had for a while, see no reason (gaming) for 200 or even 400 mhz gain, with a stacked cache chip, but love the clock boost and lower temps.

And, again, i just tool around, and game.  Thats really all.  I dont care about cinebench, or benchmark numbers,  and the like, nor do i make money off my pc. But ran one, for fun. Just horsing around. This is daily settings. Zero issues, zero crashes, and im sure i could get another percent out of it, but, id rather spend my time using the rig. I will say, the 9800x3d, is what the 7800x3d should have been. I dont even know,  nor care if this is any good on this "benchmark", ...  cinebenchr23 (had to down load it again) is around 22k, which memory doesnt really doesnt really help or care on that bench mark. That said, get some good M or A die, stick around cl30, if you want play with sub timings (it wont benefit a ton, but can help) and good luck. Me, id rather just use my rig.
