can someone help and tell me, why my 9800X3D has not the full power?

(with performance drops, black line)

My friend with 9800X3D

(no performance drops)

My Cinebench R23 : ~21300  (Cpu boosting all core 5,05GhZ)

Friend: ~23200 (Cpu Boosting allcore 5,2x GHZ)

My COD Benchmark:

(CPU Avg 346 FPS)

My friend COD Benchmark:

(633 FPS)

My Mainboard TUF X670E

My friend board: Strix B650E-E

What is wrong with my CPU?

Patrick90, one thing at a time. Let your friend post his own information. Post all your parts not a CPU-Z screenshot. Also post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) running Cinebench R24 multicore. John.

I stumbled upon this by accident. I think your CPU is throttling in some way. Your friends benchmark has a lower and steadier temperature than yours, so my guess is you have to focus on your cooling (fans/thermal paste).
