5600g can't install/boot windows anymore after bios update

Hi, my pc was working fine and i wanted to go from win 10 to 11 and i decided to update BIOS for more compatibility before installing win11.

tldr: new BIOS update , now windows or win install freezes after around 2mins and tried many bios versions and hardwares except motherboard and cpu, windows safe boot and linux work with no crashes.

PC: Ryzen 5600g, ASUS TUF Gaming plus 2 a520m, Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB x2. rtx 3060.

ASUS TUF GAMING a520m plus 2, i installed the 3607 bios i think old one was 2806, already tried flashbacking that too didnt work..

after updating BIOS, the windows installer off USB would freeze or restart after 2 mins not even selecting any options, i thought its just a USB problem so i booted back to my working win10 (this didn't crash) and installed win11 from inside and it worked. but after 2 mins of booting it would crash just like the USB installer.

now i have tried EVERYTHING with multiple windows 10 and 11 installs and USBs they all crash after around 2 mins of booting even with different hardwares except motherboard and cpu (PC was at local repair shop for a week and he said it's probably the CPU didn't have ryzen MB/CPU) it freezes/restarts even if windows is installed successfuly after the 2min. also tried reseating cpu and changing battery. multiple BIOS tried.

what works: going into windows safe boot with internet doesn't crash at all, LINUX MINT installed and stress tested PC works and no problem at all.

i have tried all kinds of settings and defaults in bios, xmp, cpu CPB, UEFI, Safe boot, Fast boot,TMP, CSM, secure keys default and flashing old and new bios nothing changes.

it happens even with no drive and one ram stick (multiple slots tried) and no gpu connected just booting the USB freezes after the 2min.

im in remote and poor area and repair guy didn't have any ryzen motherboards or CPU to test but he tested everything else and so have i for the most parts.

could new bios break my CPU? (linux works at 100% cpu tho) im gonna try new motherboard when i have money but could it be the CPU? im in a poor region can't test much.

Have you performed an in-place 'keep apps & settings' Windows Setup using the most recent Microsoft Media Creation Tool appropriate for your build?

Windows 10 is still available here:
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

Windows 11 here:

https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

seriously

Alexman99, have you formatted your install disk to GPT? If not, please do. Make sure the TPM is enabled in BIOS. CSM must be disabled. It could be anything but probably total lack of a firm base. Please stop changing everything, install the latest BIOS for your MB that is not a beta. Install a fresh copy even if that was the last BIOS installed. Make sure Safe Boot is enabled. BIOS must be in UEFI. Be sure to get your copy of W11 from Microsoft and no one else. Let us know how it goes. John.
