I'm using 7700x with MSI b670e carbon. I'm unable to boost my CPU since build. Everything is restricted as well AMD s rayzen master application also not install when I open rayzen master it show reinstall rayzen master properly message. As well on every boot my RAM retraining. Kindly help me to resolve my problem ASAP. My PC spec

1.7700x

2. Msi b670e carbon

3. Msi rx6750xt gaming x trio

4. EVGA supernova 750 80plus gold

jayanthokam, I really need to see Ryzen Master (RM) screenshot. What OS are you running and did you replace it when you installed the 7700X? If you cannot run RM, how do you know  you are not boosting properly? Please go to Settings-Apps and remove RM, reboot and install a fresh copy from here. Thanks and enjoy, John.

I tried many time reinstalled RM bt this problem didn't solved and my window is freshly installed

 jayanthokam, you could try this uninstaller. It has a 30 day free trial. I Dled and installed it but have not used it. Thanks and enjoy, John.

What is the speed on that memory? Do you have EXPO enabled?

Yes expo is unabled speed is 5200mhz

Have you tried disabling EXPO and do you get the same retraining issue running at default DDR5-4800?

Otherwise DDR5-5200 should be supported and Kingston KF552C40BBA-32 for example is on the memory QVL for MSI X670E Carbon. Have you verified it is installed in the correct slots? Does CPU-Z recognize it as a dual channel kit?
