Exist a problem when try to login for request RMA?
when try to login with different browser and using private mode always have this error.
We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

I try with both URL and when try to login show me the error.
Direct link URL work only to step 4, login (account exist) and fail.
Is a error general? only for southamerica? Only for Chile?

I think that error is related to duplicate account details on the domain?
Did you create the warranty account with your forum username/password, may be you need to use a different username/password?
If you're trying to use an existing account, did you try the Reset Password link?
Otherwise, create a new account and reenter your information.
