Basically my 5800x3d only runs from like 20 to 60 watts but when i watch benchmarks it usually goes up to 70-80 also this is on game like modded skyrim, league of legends, dying light 2... i play on 2k with max settings and my system is b550f gaming from asus, 32gigs of 3600 cl16 ram, 7900xtx, also my cpu doesnt ever go above 60°C so i feel like something isnt working properly  i play on 2k on max graphics settings

Also the clocks drop in games usually from 3.5ghz to 4.5

Sounds like normal clocks to me.

My 5800x3d will idle around 3.5 Ghz and boost up to 4.45Ghz during game play. Depending on the load, the temperature can vary between 45 and 70 degrees C. On average, it sits around 50 degrees. Power wattage will vary between 10 W and 70 W, again depending on the load. I will say I have a negative 30 offset for all cores applied.

That all being said, are you noticing any bottlenecks or slow downs ? If you run an overlay program (MSI afterburner), it may help to identify potential issues.

You can also try a factory reinstall of the drivers.

Hope this helps provide perspective.
