5800X3D PC shuts down

I have an AK260 cooler with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU.
If I run World of Warcraft it is fine.
If do video encoding it is fine.

But If I run World of warcraft and then video encode for 30 seconds PC shuts down.
If I run world of Warcraft and have 10 tabs open in Chrome PC shuts down.

Max temps go to 80 for video encoding and WoW.
For a 1.6GB video file, temps go to 90c and all is okay.

The only error in the event viewer that shows when shuts down is

This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

This happens before and after a clean Windows install. So it is not the temps that is shutting it down. But running 2 or more things at the same time.
PSU is 550W and max W for all is 356w

Any ideas, please?

Edit that, play World of warcraft for an hour and PC shuts down.

This error is The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
