5800x boot temps

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone would be able to reply with their 5800x temps on startup.

I have HWInfo boot on startup and it typically goes up to 70 C, then settles at 60 for a few seconds before sitting at idle.

Just curious if I need to repaste my processor or if this is normal Ryzen behaviour.

before I was getting 85-90 C while playing and found out the thermal paste was melting, I repasted the CPU and went down to 65 while gaming I have liquid cooler with 3 fan.
