4600H overheating

Hey, so recently I bought an ASUS TUF A15 laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H CPU. I've noticed that during gaming, my CPU temperatures are quite high, typically in the range of 85-90 degrees Celsius, while the GPU temperatures tend to stay much lower at around 70 degrees. Additionally, I'm not sure if it's normal, but even at idle, I'm seeing relatively high clock speeds, around 3.5 GHz and higher. Is this normal? I previously used an Intel CPU and didn't experience these kinds of issues. Any tips would be appreciated.

The Ryzen 5 4600H has a base frequency of 3GHz with a boost clock of up to 4GHz. It is normal for the speed to fluctuate within those two points. The tjMax of this chip is 105°C so die temperatures of 85-90°C using the integrated Vega 6 graphics while gaming, particularly on low resolution or CPU intensive games, is within normal specification.
