Did my own trouble shooting was ether the OS which was Linux Ubuntu 20.04 or the nvme, swapped it out with a sata ssd and new version of Linux working fine now!
Sorry original post disappeared I'm crunching SiDock all core and the wu's are taking twice as long as they should and usage is showing as 50% but SMT is enabled and showing 32 threads?
