I was watching a new video on AMD's YouTube channel and Robert Hallock said that on Threadripper 2990WX of the 4 dies only 2 have memory access, Just curious but why not all four ?

dicehunter, you will need to ask AMD (most here are users).  As you can see here two chips use the Coherent Links to access memory indirectly.  Enjoy, John.
